Whether you need help with a website, a brochure – or any other form of written content – the Lingua Quality team will apply a rigorous assessment process to your project to ensure that your individual requirements are fully understood and met.
These processes are:
Quality Planning: A clear set of goals must be agreed – else the effectiveness of the final product can’t be measured. The Lingua Quality team will take time to understand your specific needs and aims – this will allow them to ask the right questions and agree clear objectives.
Quality Control/Assurance: Throughout the project it will be necessary to verify that the applied Quality Assurance processes are effective. For this reason, the Lingua Quality team will refer to the standards laid down by the Localization Industry Standard Association (LISA) Quality Assurance Model to identify where performance targets are not being met, so that we can make any necessary changes.
Quality Assurance Services
- Linguistic: Your written language must appeal to your target-industry and culture. Your assigned translator will have been assessed to check they are fluent in your customer’s language, have worked in your target-industry and have had significant exposure to the culture in question. The final content will be precise, relevant and wholly appropriate for your intended audience.
- Visual: It is important that your localised documents, applications, help – website, brochures and manuals – are checked to ensure that such elements as layout, alignment, reading order, hyperlinks and images are correct. Unlocalized text and textual corruptions also need to be identified and corrected.
